After a successful career in the corporate legal sector, Catherine established Endeavour Legal Solutions to provide specialist legal advice and advocacy directly to individuals navigating the Commonwealth workers' compensation system. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, she is passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered extensively within the Vietnamese community.
Catherine began her career in Commonwealth workers' compensation as a Senior Legal Advisor at Comcare before joining Australia Post, a self insured licensee under the Comcare scheme, where she was appointed National Litigation Manager. In that role, she led a national legal team managing complex workers' compensation disputes and litigation, developing a deep understanding of the legal, medical and practical issues faced by injured workers. Her expertise and strategic leadership led to invitations to present at Commonwealth Compensation Hot Topics Seminars and contribute to key industry steering committees.
With experience acting for both employers and injured employees, Catherine offers clients a unique perspective on how claims are assessed, managed and defended. She is known for her practical advice, strategic thinking, compassion and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for every client. Catherine takes the time to understand each client's circumstances, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout their legal journey.
